I'll fill you in. The breastfeeding top would generally be worn with a nursing bra, which is included, but that's completely elective. You can go braless! No bra is needed. They will work fine without one, however you may want to still wear a nursing pad (leakage and all). Ok, so the way these nursing tank tops work is by having the ability to unstrap either side of the top and fold it down to facilitate feeding baby.
